    Introduction

    This legal aid contract (“Contract”) is entered into by and between the undersigned parties, hereinafter referred to as “Client” and “Attorney.” This Contract shall govern the provision of legal services by Attorney to Client in Newark, Ohio, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations governing legal practice in the state of Ohio.
